Lowongan RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER di PT Sunup Health Care

Responsibilities 

• Working closely with the Head of Retail on matters relating to outlet sales and inventory levels and day to day operations matter.
• Coordinate retail activities with internal departments (i.e., Marketing, Admin & After Sales) to synergize the needs of all departments in achieving the brands objectives.
• Able to analyze ad-hoc retail operational issues and make quick judgment calls, which will support retail sales performance.
• Monitoring stock levels and discuss with head retail about stock control.
• Responding to customer complaints and follow up on product repair and warranty claim by customer.
• Handle staff issue and guidance on sales and operation support.
• Assist in new recruitments. Be on the lookout for new prospective staff in malls. Help in interviewing and training new staff.
• Has good relationship with mall management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum diploma or degree with background in any related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience in retail environment.
• Possess good communication skill with multilingual ability.
• A team player, able to work independently, result-oriented and willing to learn.
• PC literate.
• Applicants should possess own transport, willing to travel (local and outstation) and able to sustain long working hours (included weekends and public holidays) when needed.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Fluent Mandarin is a plus
