Job Description:

• Ensure that the mess management, office management runs well.
• Ensure that the activities of building and maintenance office management, mess management, facilities and transportation management run well.
• Supporting GA, Medic and HSE needs to support the company's operational activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering/Infrastructure
• Preferred with HACCP certificate
• Experienced in controlling and knowing how to work correctly in building facilities construction activities
• Minimum 5 years working experience as General Affairs Supervisor in mining industry with mess management
• Understand the process of GA service in mining industry
• Have good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work well in a team and independently 
• Detailed, hands-on and fast learner
• Good in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Words, PowerPoint and etc
• Completed vaccine 2 dose
