Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Assist in all documents for export/import process (booking, checking PEB/PIB, creating COO, invoice/PL, submitting shipping instruction, BL)
- Assist in coordinating and liaising with supplier, customer, custom agent, trucking, and forwarder on delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams regarding the shipment progess
- Provide support in arrangin and managing courier shipment
- Update information related to shipping regulation
- Coordinate with global logistics team
Requirements:
- Students from a reputed university who are finishing their Diploma's degree, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Marine Studies, Sea Transport, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have knowledge of shipping documentation and other requirements
- Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Have a high sense of responsibility, good initiative, eagerness to learn, and attention to details
