Qualifications

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma from any major.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Supply Chain/Purchasing Supervisor.
• Experience in Steel Industry/Manufacturing (plus point).
• Familiar in using ERP.
• Must be fluently in English (written and verbal).
• Good communication in Mandarin (plus point).
• Having a knowledge of the import and export processes.
• Capable to use Microsoft Office.
• Detail person, good analyzing skill and quick learner.
• Placement at Modern Industri Cikande, Serang.

Job Description

• Crosscheck purchase order, sales contract dari supplier, dan PO report.
• Crosscheck purchase orders, sales contracts from suppliers, and PO reports.
• Analysis of developments in raw material prices.
• Prepare and ensure the documents needed if there are new goods to be imported/latest regulations from the government.
• Cross-check developments in the use of speck raw materials and the global market through suppliers.
• Follow up complaints of raw materials and finished goods to suppliers.
• Cross check input into the system, production and delivery status, as well as BC 23 and BC 25 (bonded) data.
• Crosscheck data that will be provided to customs and daily, weekly and monthly recap data.
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and visits to/from suppliers.
• Supervise and ensure the team is running according to the management plan.
• Report to manager regarding work planning and progress.
