Lowongan HR MANAGER di PT Star Shipping Indonesia

We are looking for a HR Manager. The main purpose of the role is to lead and develop Indonesia’s HR capabilities, to support business plans.

Major responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategy, policies & procedures to support the business
• Establish recruitment strategy and channel to fill up the vacancies within a reasonable time frame
• Administer orientation programs to ensure new staff are well transitioned into jobs
• Coach business leaders by providing professional insights and solutions to address staff issues
• Manage monthly payroll, benefit administration and income tax filing
• Prepare the annual staff cost budget in accordance with business direction 
• Manage Headcounts and Workforce Expense within approved budget
• Lead the annual salary review and bonus process. 
• Benchmark the salary and review staff benefits and packages in order to ensure our competitiveness within the market
• Lead the annual performance review process and drive for the performance culture
• Develop and administer performance, retention and other local recognition incentive programs
• Identify the training needs in the country and address it through internal or external resources
• Build leadership pipeline to prepare for future business needs
• Maintain the staff turnover rate at reasonable range
• Improve the staff engagement within the organization
• Promote corporate’s culture and value in the organization

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' solid HR Management experience in a sizeable company with which the 5 years was in a management position.
• With HR experience in the shipping or Logistics industry would be preferred
• Well versed in Local Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation
• Excellent communication skills and able to deal with different level of stakeholders within the organization
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver the commitment
• Positive mindset, Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
