Lowongan Compliance Supervisor di PT Finture Tech Indonesia

This role is based in the fast-growing Jakarta office and will work under the Legal & Compliance team on regulatory strategy and key regulatory initiatives to support Finture’s business operations team. We are looking for a candidate that is able to handle great responsibility in driving the compliance strategy for the venture. The role could evolve over time and take additional responsibilities in other group or rotate in other departments to obtain a full understanding of a fast-growing tech startup. 

Job Description:

• Carrying out company’s reporting obligation to OJK/BI and coordinate with internal team during report preparation as necessary
• Development and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures
• Update stakeholders on new regulations or communication from OJK/BI that might affect our business
• Support to manage day to day relationship and communication with OJK/BI and Association
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance
• Provide training/awareness program to internal team on the regulations and company policy (e.g. AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring).
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of current regulatory requirements, familiarity with company processes, policies, and products.

Requirements:

• Possess at least bachelor’s degree in any field 
• Having 3-5 years experience working in compliance related field
• Knowledge and understanding of fintech/payment system products, including its regulatory and compliance matters
• Well-versed with AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring process 
• Ability to prioritize effectively and to work under pressure without compromising quality
• Autonomous, proactive, flexible, independent self-starter, team-driven and able to work within deadlines
• Extremely well-organized and have excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in English both oral and written
