Also someone who loves to interact to build good relationship with team, clients, and vendors. You will focus on growing company sales through modern trade and online market. Not only the growth, you also can explore many things such as events, promotions, and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Arranged full-scale planning for Online and Offline Modern Trade accounts. (Budgeting, Marketing Strategies, Sales target, Promotion, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all Modern Trade and Online channel (such as Ecommerce)
• Make regular visit to Modern Trade channel to check product availability, planograms, program promotions, as well as to make sure that the product distribution to every Modern Trade account are going well.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare sales report of Modern Trade and Online channel in regular basis.
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients (for Modern Trade and Online Channel)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree any major (Business Marketing / Communications are preferred)
• Have experience in Modern Trade Market / E-Commerce / Key Account Management / Enabler
• Have knowledge in beauty industry (such as Cosmetics, Skin and Body care)
• Must be someone creative, good in communication and negotiation, problem solver, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Presentation) is a must.
