About you:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Reservation & Operation Manager who has strong customer service experience, expertise in travel operations, and proven leadership experience.

You as Reservation & Operation Manager will be a part of Happy Trails! Asia at Bali, Indonesia.

Profile:

• 3+ years of working experience in the same position at an inbound tour operator.
• Language skills: proficient level in English. Dutch/German language skills will be added as an advantage.
• Good hospitality product knowledge.
• High standards of customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible in working hours (i.e high season/emergency)

What youll be doing:

As Reservation & Operation Manager, you will be responsible to control over day-to-day operations, responsible for the smooth, effective, and efficient running of the Reservation & Operation team including:

• Managing all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination, and customer support.
• Monitor and oversee Reservation & Operation teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor communication between Reservation & Operation team and clients in good and prompt
• Responsible for the operational processes in all branches: Bali, Yogyakarta, Sumatera, Flores, Kuala Lumpur, Miri) including expenses authorization and management.
• Assist in inspecting properties and/or services of existing and new suppliers
• Managing supplier relations in a professional and beneficial manner to the company
