Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of a regional network group to fulfillmentKPI/SLA/RSLA within target
- Optimization methodology and solution definition
- Customer complaint handling, analysis and action to optimize radionetwork performance
- Responsible of regional network group to follow up issue identifyincluding but not limited to poor coverage spot, worst performance cell,suddenly degraded cells, sleeping cells, and congestion cells
- Follow up action plan and progress monitoring according toplanning and optimization requirement strategy
- Responsible to deliver all requirement including ad hoc requestand In charge any issue in region and timely follow up from region customer
- Maintain and improve region customer relationship
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan or Sumatra
Requirements:
- Have 5-10 years experience related to Telecommunication Company
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Familiar telecommunication principle and 3GPP, understand MBB network architecture-
- Able to design optimalization solution and present to customer
- NPM project experience are preferred- Customer service orientation
