• Managing the organization’s public relations (PR) team and overseeing all their activities
• Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy
• Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns and developing strategies for company events
• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
• Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
• Working with the social media team to create a content calendar
• Organizing promotional events such as press tours and conferences
• Setting the standard of partnership with each brand

• Maximum age 25-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Communication, International Relations or other related majors
• Proven working experience in public relations required
• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
• Experienced in managing media relations especially with micro, macro and mega KOL
• Excellent organizational skills, project management and event planning
• Solid experience with social media
• Creative minded and critical thinker
