If you're passionate about plant based movement and are intent on making healthier comsumption become accessible for many more indonesian, then you're the one for this role! As a part of business team, you will beresponsible to ensure the success of our product go to market from strategic planning to deliver the execution of key initiatives.

Job responsibility:

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
• Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
• Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
• Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
• Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Responsible for achieving business channel Beverage Service (Horeca)
• Achieving sales target and profit target

Requirments:

• At least 5 years of working experince in HORECA sales & distribution
• Experinced in beverage/dairy category would be a plus
• Strong leadership & management skill, good presentation & negotiation skill
