Lowongan FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER di PT Samarinda Central Plaza

We are Property Business (Mall) Which is based in Samarinda City, we are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. F&A manager must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command. F&A Manager has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Core Task:

• Manage all accounting division staff and operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Tax
• Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and Balance sheet and P&L record submissions, Budget and Forecast Submissions
• Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, also manage and comply with government and regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports, review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of F&A Manager experience in a similar sector (Property Business)
• 3+ years’ experience managing a full P&L and balance sheet, leading to EBIT growth within a retail brand will be highly regarded
• Tax Brevet AB Certified
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues / corporate financial law, and tax planning
• Hands-on experience with risk management
• Hands-on experience with financial management software 
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
