Job description

- Manage the Sales Team and Report to the Sales Manager

- Follow up, monitor, control, and develop sales to achieve sales target

- Finding new projects for sales

- Prepare, plan, propose, and promote to achieve sales target

- Prepare sales report

- Controlling selling price

- Follow up and settle account payment

- Coordinate with the Production team for product availability and delivery

Requied skill / experience

Working experience in sales for at least 3 years, preferably in AIDC or IT 

Willing to work in Bekasi and travel, 

Having a driving license (SIM A &C) is a must, 

Proficient in English (written & verbal) is a must, 

Able to work independently or in a team, good interpersonal communication, 

Good Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, presentation & problem-solving skills

Can do product training & product demonstration activities, barcode printer technical knowledge including label-ribbon-direct thermal is a plus, export-import knowledge is a plus.

required education level

Associate degree (D3), Bachelor degree (S1), any field is welcome

Computer skill

Computer literate, Windows & Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Email

Age

Above 25 years old, under 40 years old
