Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  1. Degree in engineering or construction engineering/management or sufficient industry experience.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in the management of quality control & quality assurance programs of similar size and type
  3. Ability to prepare and maintain project-specific QA / QC plans and supervise all amendments and revisions.
  4. Hands-on Management of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program.
  5. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, contractors, managers/superintendents, engineering staff, consultants, and financiers.
  6. Ability to coordinate and manage inspection staff and inspection and testing subcontractors.
  7. Ability to record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program.
  8. Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment in English/Indonesian skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Ability to work under pressure including monitoring all quality-related activities on the project.
  10. Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications.
  11. Perform all internal audits on behalf of the company’s management
  12. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
  13. The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
  14. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
  15. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
  16. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
  17. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Coordination Manager of Ops & Maintenance.
  18. Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the customers’ representatives.
  19. Monitor statistical method reporting.
  20. Control all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project.
  21. Perform other related duties as requested by the Coordination Manager of Ops & Maintenance.
