Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
• Assist comben department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits.
• Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
• Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
• Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.
• Maintaining records of all finance-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance Dept;
• Preparing HR documents
• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
• Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Secretary, Law, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience;
• Min. 1-2 years of working experience in a relevant field would be preferred
• Have experience working in a fast-paced & growing company environment
• Experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
• Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, etc.
• Organizational skills and ability to priorities
• Interpersonal with good communicative skills
