About Role

We are looking for Employee Benefit - Client Relations and help us provide best services to our client & partner.

Main Responsibilities

• Analysts claim document and ensure to give best support to our client.
• Build & maintain great and strong relations with Client & Insurance Company (provider).
• Manage and resolve any complaint from Client & Insurance Company (provider).
• Follow up status claim and payment proof & Negotiate to Insurance Company.
• Ensure that all data, document, information, and report are well organized.

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree, preferable from reputable University.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Insurance Claim Analyst, Client Relations, Provider Relation, Claim Analyst or similar role in Insurance Company or Broker Company.
• Proficient in Excel is a must.
• Detail oriented, neat, and thorough.
• Excellent knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Insurance products.
• Familiarity with Insurtech, Insurance, and Financial Industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
