Requirements

1. Minimal bachelor degree from Finance, Accounting or Management Major
2. 5 -7 years experienced
3. Familiar with budget reporting and budget controlling
4. Has experience for ERP program (SAP, Oracle)
5. Familiar with Ms. Excel (formula), Powerpoint (presentation)
6. Basic knowledge for Accounting – Manufacturing company

Job Description

1. Reclass budget and PR – PO review
2. Finalize budget usage data and review budget usage all team
3. Prepare and review reclass budget information
4. Update investment budget
5. Gathering & consolidate all the detail data from other team, such as : detail sales, detail sponsorship, production schedule, registration schedule COGS price, etc.
6. Yearly setup business plan
7. Set the management report as the standart needed information
8. Updates the management report in timely manner
9. Make the simplify process in Oracle to direct download the data for reporting proposes
10. Make some report for any updates of economic outlook
11. Support other team for any budget issues
