Lowongan Senior Business Development Specialist - Ads di PT Future Commerce Indonesia

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Specialist - Ads to help us drives company's growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies, as well as a track record of successfully negotiating partnerships and expanding revenue streams.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through identification of new leads that will be the next big thing on TikTok.

Responsibilities :

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives, as well as promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including ad networks, publishers, and technology providers, to expand our company's footprint in the digital advertising space.
• Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of TikTok ad campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and driven by achieving high ROI for their clients.
• Being able to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the ads team to identify revenue opportunities and create sales collateral and proposals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or similar (preferably from marketing / business major).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Experience working with ad networks, publishers, and technology providers, and knowledge of the latest trends in digital advertising.
• Fluency in English is a must, trilingual speaker is a plus (Indonesia - English - Mandarin).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
