We are urgently looking for an outstanding candidate, a highly motivated, honest, and

disciplined individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. With experience in a similar

field apply for the following position:

• Security for Villa in Pecatu Area 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Patrol assigned areas to maintain security and order, and ensure safety of individuals and property.
• Monitor and control access to facilities, and maintain logs of authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, and provide assistance and support to staff and visitors.
• Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and clients, and answer inquiries about services and facilities.
• Document incidents and write reports on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other emergency responders as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, practices, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain vigilant and alert at all times.
• Ability to handle emergencies and respond quickly and calmly under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, and perform other physical tasks as required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use security equipment such as CCTV cameras.
