Lowongan Accounting Manager di PT Wahana Pembayaran Digital

       Key   Responsibilities:
    • Lead a small team in maintaining Paylabs' statutory and regulatory   reporting.
    • Oversee end-to-end monthly financial closing and audit process.
    • Ensure the compliance of Paylabs' charts of accounts and reconciliation   process.
    • Perform completeness check for all general ledger items regularly.
    • Support accounting team for tax-related treatment and recording.
    • Assist the team to implement regular budget exercise and tax   planning.
    • Collaborate with other internal or external party to drive continuous   process improvement.
    • Undertake other accounting related assignments which may be given from   time to time.
 

Key Requirements:
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, advanced education is a   plus
• At least 5 years of working experience with a   minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Solid understanding of financial audit process
• Working knowledge of PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh   25/29, PPh 4(2) and PPh 26, including Corporate Income Tax. Brevet A & B   would be a plus
    • High procifiency in Excel & Google Sheets' formula and   functions
    • Strong quantitative and analytical competency with excellent   problem-solving skills
    • A team player with good judgement and initiative to build a positive   high-performing team culture in a various situations.
    • Fluent in written and oral English
    • Knowledgeable in payment gateway industry, fintech, or e-commerce
