Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Workshop Technician who thrives in the realms of creativity and practicality. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest and experience in manual work, along with a good understanding of computers, particularly in digital design and vector files. Proficiency in operating 3D printers, CNC machines, woodworking tools, and laser cutters is beneficial but not mandatory. This position presents an incredible opportunity to not only apply your skills but also enhance them under the mentorship of our experienced Director of Production.

Job Outline

- Efficiently operate and maintain a range of tools including 3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters, and various electronic and woodworking equipment. 

- Understand and execute projects using vector files and other digital designs. 

- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure high-quality and timely project completions. 

- Engage in continuous learning, embracing new techniques and methodologies introduced in the workshop. 

- Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Position Profile

- Demonstrable experience or a strong interest in manual work, craftsmanship, and digital fabrication. 

- Solid understanding of computer operations; familiarity with digital design and vector files preferred. 

- An enthusiastic and quick learner, especially in a dynamic, innovative environment. 

- Attention to detail, coupled with robust problem-solving skills. 

- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
