Your Role

Job description:

  • Drive our principles of "First in mind, First in choice
  • Enhance Division and Company’s Reputation and Brand Image by implementing and consistently working to implement our core values of interaction, innovation & commitment.
  • To support the PTS BLM in establishing sales and profitability targets, yearly target settings, as well as related action plan in all dimensions (Inventory, Communication, Exhibitions, Marketing, etc.)
  • In agreement with the PTS BLM, to take complete ownership of activities and actions that fit within the mission and targets/objectives.  
  • Set-up a market strategy to cover all opportunities in all the markets and segments within the SEA Territory.
  • As a “Go-To Person” for support and/or any information related to all PTS Marketing Products.
  • Along with PTS BLM Monitor and follow up consistently Order Received & Revenues development and trends.
  • Leverage Sales Forces competences in terms of Lead Generation, Prospecting, Handling Negotiations, etc and plan offline training programs in line with Organizational objectives.
  • Take lead in coordinating and/or conducting all training of Marketing Products within the portfolio of Power Technique Service, e.g. Fleet Management, Power Connect, Service Contracts, Spare Parts Consignments, WebShop, etc.
  • Supervise Sales Force on preparing and presenting PTS Marketing Products to customer.
  • Work closely with Communication Manager to prepare customer presentations, conduct webinars, Campaigns etc in order develop and maximize generation of valid Leads.
  • Monthly Reporting to PTS BLM on Competitor Info & activities, Market & Customer Share, Quality Issues, Red Flags & Support needed (if any).
  • Analyze competitor actions and evaluations in terms of specifications & scope of work and preparing pricing strategy based on the inputs from Local CC team.
  • Proactively control, monitoring and analyze the position and development of all Marketing Products within the portfolio by collaborating closely with Local Customer Centers as well as PTS Division.
  • Coordinate with Local Customer Center to facilitate testing and commissioning and other relevant support needs related, eg. Classroom Training for customer.

To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements:

  • Experience of product marketing within a related industry
  • Good standard of presentation skills
  • Able to build strong & effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • In addition, a good knowledge of the industries Power Technique work in, including application knowledge, would be advantageous.

Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of English, both fluency and writing.
  • Working Knowledge of Atlas Copco Products is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and manage the operations in line with "The Way We Do Things" and company policies.
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Outlook & Lotus Notes, etc.

Educational requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering

  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active and a dynamic performer; with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills; always striving at new challenges and ideas
  • Must be very willing and ready to travel anywhere within South East Asia region.  
  • Ambitious personality with excellent commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skill
  • Must be able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations
  • These skills should be combined with keen interest in the culture and the way of doing business in all countries within our area of responsibility in the South East Asia region.
