Roles & Responsibilities

1. Take ownership of prioritized metrics that lead to user’s engagement of TIX ID and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results. Choose from a single or combination of multiple initiatives (e.g., Digital Marketing initiatives, media partnership, In-App engagement channel, content/communication, product changes).
2. Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the business metrics and user metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, user activity within apps and actual user insights.
3. Assist with the planning and execution of Growth campaigns, including email marketing, and in-app marketing channel (CRM).
4. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.
5. Help to develop and execute user engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and in-app promotions.
6. Assist with the creation of marketing materials and content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
7. Present experiment and campaign insight to Growth Lead to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis.

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
3. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing
4. Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics and Excel
5. Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Passion for the entertainment industry and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
8. Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for of 3-6 months
