Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist - Cloud

About Us: Arupa Cloud Nusantara is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are providing cloud based technology to help companies with their technology needs. We currently provide IaaS cloud platform with Zettagrid which is based on VMware, Veeam, Zerto powered by Dell. Further, SaaS solutions from Microsoft, Citrix, Redhat and we do have SaaS solutions such as CCTV Cloud Backup and Integration.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies and campaigns. Your role is crucial in shaping our brand, driving engagement, and increasing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Arupa objectives. This includes understanding market dynamics, analyzing competitors, and identifying growth opportunities.
2. Lead and guide the marketing team, providing direction and support to ensure that marketing goals are met.
3. Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns through various media channels for lead generation, which may include events, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
4. Utilise and efficiently manage allocated marketing budget and measure ROI of programs accordingly.
5. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
6. Provide support to cross-functional teams for successful events and webinars
7. Create and implement strategies to generate leads, engage prospects, and convert them into customers.
8. Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, report results to senior management, and continuously improve based on data-driven insights.
9. Identify and manage strategic partnerships that enhance marketing and distribution of our products or services.
10. Provide training and support to the marketing team to ensure a deep understanding of our products and effective marketing strategies.
11. Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to relevant regulations and privacy policies.
12. Use a CRM system to track and manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs are understood.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage a marketing budget efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
