Job Title

Provide technical support for MasterCards operations environment.
Analyze information to determine MasterCard system performance and areas of improvement.
Test and verify the network infrastructure to ensure it meets specifications and requirements. Understands escalation processes

Role

Diagnose hardware and software problems while minimizing customer impact.
Analyze information and determine the appropriate outcome for a problem.
Create and/or update internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps.
Perform routine maintenance as required by policy or procedure.
Implement changes within the network infrastructure.
Maintain metrics as defined by management
Liaise with regional and country teams to roll up local sales activities into a global view
