How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

• Ensure the Safety, Health & Environment and Industrial Management systems are implemented in all mechanical maintenance activities and area. 
• Implement HSE annual plan to achieve zero accident & incident by reporting near misses and attending monthly safety meetings. 
• Ensure the availability of personal protective equipment. 
• Manage day to day operations in plant reliability such as do the checklist equipment and inspection routine; Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule; Routine analyzers and transmitters calibration; Corrective action to any anomaly or breakdown; and  Carry out turn around job 
• Ensure drawing and document ( manual ) are available for each equipment and update Instrument drawing ( P&ID, Logic diagram, backup program PLC ).
• Check the availability & numbers of spare parts & tools then report to electrical engineer for any spare parts request to maintain stock hand 
• Analyze and investigate the problem instrumentation, Electrical and controls and contribute to root cause analysis ( RCA ) 
• Fill work order actualization after maintenance activity as technically complete in Maximo system. 
• Reading basic P&ID, electrical drawing, basic logic and wiring diagram 
• Do calibration Analyzer and field Instrument equipment and safely installation for instrument & electricity.
• As the Safe Work Permit Requester, Safe Work Permit Issuer for electrical LOTO and Emergency Response Team

Who Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in electrical installations preferably from the petrochemical, refinery or other related industries
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and troubleshooting skills 
• Understand or possess knowledge in PLC, HMI and wonderware.
