Job Descriptions:

• Prepare work plans and organize production needs
• Supervise the use of raw materials, use of packing materials and other raw materials.
• Supervise the production process and ensure the quality of finished goods meets established standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with purchasing, Sales, Design departments. warehouse, PPIC and shipping.
• Monitor daily production activities, check production reports and evaluate the production process.

Qualifications:

• Having sim. 5 year experience as Production Manager in Interior Industry or Funiture Industry is a plus Poin
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 “Management Mutu”
• Can read drawing is a must & can operate Autocad
• Have great negotiation, communication, and supervision skills
• Have Loyal & Discipline personalities
• Understand 5S
