Qualifications:

·        A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in air conditioning installation, service, and maintenance.

·        Extensive knowledge of air conditioning systems, including both split and central systems.

·        Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues during installation and maintenance processes.

·        Outstanding problem-solving skills to effectively address unforeseen challenges.

·        Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.

·        Proficiency in safety regulations, best practices, and quality standards in air conditioning service and maintenance.

·        Manage and optimize air conditioning installations, adeptly addressing unexpected technical challenges.
