Lowongan Head of Commercial di PT Cfld Tangerang New Industry City Development

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the commercial team in swancity, responsible for its growth and performance.

2.Maintain good relationships with existing client and expand network, negotiate contracts in the best interest of the company and aligned with company strategy.

3. Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

4. Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)

5. Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met

Qualifications:

1.Minimum 3 years extensive, dedicated commercial experience.

2.Initiative, generate ideas, and passion for making successful commercial deals.

3.Experience in real estate would be an advantage.

4.Strong desire to commit and dedicate his/her energy to growth and development of the business.

5.Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
