Job Decription:

• Identify potential hazards in work units and work areas (offices/offices and workshops/yards).
• Carry out an assessment of potential hazard risks in work units and work areas and Carry out hazard risk control in work units and work areas.
• Analyze the latest government regulations and policies related to QHSE (K3). Making adjustments to existing QHSE (K3) standards in the company to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• Manage work permit/legality documents related to OSH at the company or at the project site.
• Analyzing K3 regulations that exist at the customer/client with the regulations that apply in the company.
• Adjusting existing standards in the company to always follow developments in customer/client regulations.
• Prepare a QHSE program plan for each project and work area (office/office and workshop/yard).
• Overseeing the implementation of QHSE procedures for each project and work area. Arrange work area inspection schedules in the office/office and workshop/yard. Ensuring inspection of the work area including K3 tools and equipment both in the office and workshop/yard.
• Sozialiation of QHSE topics to employees and other third parties in the work area: Result of hazard identification, work Safety Briefing, new regulations related to HSE.
• Conduct training or basic training on a regular basis, regarding: Fire drill (coordinating with related agencies), ERP(Emergency Response Plan). PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Training. Safety induction for new employees,

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Majoring in K3, Engineering
• 35 - 40 years old
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry, preferably those with general K3 expert certification.
• Having certificated such as QHSE Management System, ISO certification, HACCP.
• Safety Knowledge & Procedure.
• Good communication skill, strong leadership skill,
• Strong in English
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Outlook
