Lowongan Senior Architect di PT Bamboo Lab Architect

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• Shall have 5-8 years experience as an Architectural Designer and or Project Coordinator (with minimum 5 years experience in Masterplan and Hospitality Design)
• Strong design presentational skills both in hand-sketch and digital media
• Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, Lumion, Sketch-Up, Adobes. Capable of Revit, Rhino, is a huge plus
• Have a good ability to lead, committed, organized, analytical, and dynamic team player
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills (Indonesia and English)
• Fast learner and eager to learn Bamboo Design (experienced in Bamboo Design is a huge plus)
• Able to work in a fast-paced and under pressure environment
• Deadline-driven
• Attach your portfolio and your social media account
• Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok

Job Descriptions:

• Review & Design Architectural Plans
• Ensure all plans are compliant with government & safety regulations
• Research and develop knowledge of architecture, engineering, application, method and material
• Monitor design timeline and work of other Architects
• Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals & targets
• Liase with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and project reassure met
• Collaborate with the Head of Contractor to provide guidance to vendors
• Act as a mentor to the new Architects and helping them to fine-tune their design skills and improve them
• Build networking and consult with various industry professionals
