Job Descriptions:

• Recruits and maintains suppliers and vendors that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
• Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms including to handle the administration process.
• Negotiation for equipment, supplies and services from local suppliers/vendors including to monitor the arrival on the orders as on schedule.
• Maintain suppliers/vendors relationship.
• Ensure that records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance and inventory are well maintained.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 3,00 (Logistic Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering)
• Have minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Purchasing with good networking.
• Good negotiation skill
• Familiar with spreadsheet (Excel, etc)
• Familiar with ERP (SAP or Navision, etc)
• Well understanding the workflow of procurement
• Good Command in English : Writes proficiently in a professional setting.

Advantages:

• Having experience in Manufacture / Construction / HVAC industry company is an advantage.
• Understanding the technical for tools and technical equipment for engineering is an advantage.
