Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

• Responsible for product, sales and business development in Rumah Perubahan Jakarta Escape.
• Conduct market needs by research and analyze consumer needs.
• Prepare proposal presentation to create new partnership with potential client or business partner.
• Acquire new retail merchants as partner for Jakarta Escape’s product
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, develop and propose new project to generate growth
• Plan, execute, control and evaluate business regularly.
• Collaborate with the Internal stakeholders (such as Marketing and Opertion) to ensure successful event

Job Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Having experience at related fields minimum 3-5 years
• Bachelor's Degree, Business, Economics, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Critical thinking, analytical thinking and capability to communicate effectively either with internal team, customer or with business partner
• Strong negotiation, oral and written communication, analytical thinking, effective presentation, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve sales target
