Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Responsibilities :
  • Prepare Budget by working with individual departments and consolidate them into one overall corporate budget
  • Checking budget & chart of account for every transaction submitted to Finance
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Preparing internal and external reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making

Requirements :
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from reputable university in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Accounting or equivalent
  • Have minimum 3 years' work experience and knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Have work experience in Insurance industry is preferable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in handling large data sets 
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English (written & speaking)
  • Willing to continually learn and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Has good communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
