Job Description:

• Assist customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes, develop flowcharts, and draft SOPs.
• Collaborate with representatives from operations, research and development (R&D), and quality assurance (QA) to ensure that all documentation requirements for projects are met.
• Lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP requirements like testing processes and equipment to gain familiarity with the systems being documented, or review/analyze whole data flow end to end to propose automation/mistake-proof in data collection for SOP purposes.
• Translating technical information into clear, concise documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
• Apply techniques of technical writing to guarantee that documentation is clear, concise, and comprehensive.
• Compose and edit technical documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and facility use, records of batches, and product specifications.
• Generate and supervise change requests whenever needed to introduce new procedures or update existing documentation and SOPs to support product launches.
• Perform activities related to deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), change requests, revisions of documents, and training to meet quality system standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with representatives from operations, research and development (R&D), and quality assurance (QA) to ensure that all documentation requirements for projects are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience handling Document Control.
• Scientific terminology, regulatory writing styles, standards & procedures, and Government Plain language guidance (ISO 9001).
• Advance in Data Processing, Excel, Statistics (SPSS, Minitab), Data studio/Power BI.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of customer staff and SMEs to give them high-quality, responsive service.
• Understanding overall projects step on NPD and business process related.
• Agility to have anticipation, mitigation, and options of solution with a proper problem-solving methodology and statistically.
• Communication skills, ability to influence others, ownership, time management, and test organization.
• Understanding of legal and other requirements for food safety and quality management system.
