The Retail Store Coordinator is responsible for supporting all components involved in operating a store location as well as the online store. This includes but is not limited to daily store operations, all aspects of inventory management (ordering/receiving/stocking), customer relations and POS activities.

Job Description:

• Responsible for all store and online store (eCommerce) sales
• Lead, manage, and oversee the overall operations of the physical and online store (Phone Orders, Customer Inquiries, Exchange/Returns Requests, and Product Description/Price Updates)
• Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to manage time, determine priorities and able to make effective decisions
• Assist in analyzing sales reports
• Responsible for all daily POS procedures and monthly reconciliation in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
• Uphold accurate monthly records regarding damages and inventory adjustments
• Responsible for yearly physical inventory
• Responsible for daily inventory management tasks including ordering, receiving shipments/pallets, and stocking

Job Requirements:

• Excellent entrepreneurial, problem solving and analysis skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended business hours at certain times of the year
• 4+ years of retail or customer service experience Retail Store Coordinator
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and neat appearance for retail environment
• Proficient computer skills
