Job Responsibilities:

• Rebate (Trade spend) Management - Ensuring proper, timely and compliant calculation and settlement process.
• Fixed cost tracking and monitoring
• Pricing Tracking and Monitoring - Gross Price and Net Selling Price
• ICTP Submission and Review
• Tolling Control Tasklist (cost validation, quarterly reconciliation)
• NTBT (Non Trade Intercompany Transaction) Creation and Monitoring
• Month End Closing Checklist - ensuring proper and within compliance cost booking
• Account Receivable Collection and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) monitoring
• Withholding Tax calculation and Receipts preparation
• BPDD (Business Partner Due Diligence) and Sales Agreement Record
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• Forecast Submission in system

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• 5-7 years of working experience in Accounting and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience, preferably from FMCG.
• Advanced finance and accounting skills, proficiency in interpretation and analysis of financial reports.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced skill in SAP.
• Advanced in writing and speaking English.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to interact with various functions.
