Requirements :
- Responsible in terms of payroll, recruitment, employee data, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all of HRGA Activities
- Creating HR and GA procedure to be implemented in the project
- Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure
- Management of compliance of HR related regulation in IndonesiaÂ
- Planning and conducting recruitment for Project Staff(Project Engineer)
- Management of compliance of HR related regulation in IndonesiaÂ
- Have ability in Job Analysis, Work Load Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits
- Selection policies and practice, discipline, counseling, and HR motivation
- Develop and implement employee performance evaluation plan
- Ensuring working conditions clean and comfortable room
- Keep up with Labor & related legal requirementÂ
- Arranging Administrative work such as car arrangement, accommodation, Hotel Reservation, Travel arrangement, Working permit
- Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationship with project team
Requirements :
- Age max 45 years old
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Management
- Diploma (D3) graduates are welcome to apply
- Have minimum 10 years of experience as HR & GA Staff/Specialist
- Extensive knowledge in local labor law plus other relevant/legal regulations and the current HR practices and policies
- Familiar with Car, Accommodation, Working Permit arrangement
- Working Experience for foreign company or subsidiary of foreign company.
- Work experience for Construction, Engineering (EPC) industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
- MUST be fluent in English, especially communicating in English
- Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- High level of confidentiality and ethics required
