We have continued to support our customers with its wide network of chemical resources, reasonable pricing and prompt services. As at today, our company has more than 100 items available in ex-stock or indent basis and servicing a wide variety of industries including (Adhesive, Paint, Coating, Ink, Resin Manufacturer, Printing Packaging, Cigarette, Food, Flavor and Fragrance, Home/Personal Care , Feed).

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions to be stationed in our office Jakarta (Kuningan Area) 

PURCHASING IMPORT SPECIALIST

FLUENT IN MANDARIN

FLUENT IN ENGLISH

Requirements : 

• Minimum University degree, Chemistry background will be preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Chemical/Raw Material Purchase (preferably who has worked in chemical company)
• Outgoing and performance driven personality
• Willing to work under pressure
• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese language, Must be able to converse, read and write in Mandarin
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge in Purchasing
• Knowledge of Chemistry is an advantage
• Good Negotiation skills, Excellent Communication skills and Supplier Relationship

Job Description: 

• Manage the purchasing activities 
• Search and negotiate the price of goods by the supplier
• Responsible for purchasing report
• Controlling and makes an analysis of vendor , supplier
• Control the PR and PO to ensure the goods are delivered on time
