Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, International Trade or other related majors
• Having min. 1 year experience in related field
• Age 26-30 years old
• Local Indonesian; with excellent dedication and resilience, strong execution, strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
• Familiar with the computer operation of office software and related management software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager to communicate well with VIP customers, track the customer needs; maintain and follow up the existing business, and increase the business volume on this basis.
• Responsible for communicating with customers about the implementation of daily work, supervising the specific process of each business, and timely dealing with and reporting the implementation of emergencies.
• Can independently or assist the manager to complete the progress tracking of the implementation of specific projects of VIP customers, timely understand the needs of customers and the internal improvement problems of the company, and feedback to the company.
• Timely feedback customer collection to superior; track service process and results.
• Obey and supervise the execution of company business process; responsible for summary and filing of customer projects, internal data and regular report.
• Maintain customer relationships, and are committed to improving customer satisfaction.
• Complete other work assigned by the superior leaders.
