Job Summary

Our client is seeking for an experienced Project Manager to lead, drive and manage CRM/PEGA related systems implementation as part of the Organization-wide digital transformation initiatives!

Mandatory Skill-set

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems;
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, emphasizing strong comprehension of project management principles;
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading at least one significant large-scale implementation of a CRM/Pega system project;
• Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of IT SDLC processes and a command of Project Management best practices;
• Min 2 years’ experience in Insurance domain
• Have accumulated at least 5 years of specialized involvement in the operation and support of CRM/Pega systems;
• Showcase adept analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail;
• Display skill in motivating and influencing IT Development and Business teams to drive project advancement;
• Excel in managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently;
• Exhibit proficiency in vendor management and adeptness in stakeholder communication and overall project oversight;
• Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, effectively conveying information to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for all CRM/PEGA system matters across all project phases, including pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation activities;
• Plan, lead and execute project activities to ensure delivery of projects are on time, within budget, with scope and quality meeting stakeholders’ expectations;
• Manage project changes, risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the project;
• Communicate all key project plans, changes, risks and issues to all relevant stakeholders timely and accurately;
• Collaborate with and manage all project stakeholders, such as sponsor, business users, other IT teams and external vendors, for project activities.
