A leading european company specializing in aroma marketing, a novel technique involving the study, development, and application of aromas to positively influence customer purchase decisions and enhance employee performance, is seeking candidates for the following positions:

Job Description:

1.      Aroma Selection and Ambient Creation:

• Carefully select and curate pleasing aromas suitable for various environments.
• Create an ambient atmosphere that aligns with the client's branding and objectives.

2.      Market Expansion and Sales:

• Identify potential market segments and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• ·Present the benefits of aroma marketing to potential clients, emphasizing its impact on customer experience and employee performance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.

3.      Client Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum two years of experience in aroma marketing, sales, or related industries.

2. Proven track record of generating leads, converting them into sales, and achieving sales targets.

3. Strong networking skills and an existing network within the food and beverage service, hotel, and high-end product sectors.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the benefits of aroma marketing to clients.

5. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
