JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Excellent and has in-depth understanding with business and corporate laws and other Financial Technology related regulations
• Experience in drafting (Indonesian and English) legal documentation
• Excellent teamwork
• Ability to work in a confidential environmen
• Monitor company licensy, prepare, review, and modify contractual instrument to assist and support various bussines activities
• Reviewing corporate legal activities, reviewing and handling bussines agreements and handling legal document management
• Experienced handling resolve company dispute and cases
• Review and update development of regulation and legal provisionis that have direct or indirect consequences on the company
• Updating national and local regulations, specificially related to company licensing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Maximum 35 years old
• S1 - S2 (Bachelor - Master Degree) of Law Faculty
• Minimum work experience 1 year
• Have a good experience on legitimacy of legal cases
• Expert in making cooperation contract agreements
• Expert in licensing and law
• Have a good communication, in English and Bahasa
• Have experience at the law consultant’s office / law Firm
• Have experience at finance companies
• Through, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Can handle job independently or with a team
• Have a good negotiation skills
• Good attitude, responsible, and honest
