Job Description

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
3. Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations
4. Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.
5. Tax Compliance, Audit
6. Provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
2. 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting
4. Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
