As an E-Commerce Manager in the hospitality industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving revenue growth. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing our online sales and developing and implementing strategies to optimize our e-commerce operations & enhancing customer experience. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Creating strategy and business action plan for E-Commerce.
  • Maintaining and acquiring new portal / OTA accounts
  • E-Commerce update on daily basis at hotel CRS and Online Travel Agents extranet / back end system.
  • Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze consumer trends, market conditions, and competitor data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Competitors internet pricing update.
  • Handling all FIT Direct booking request and Online bookings to liaise with Reservation
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance online visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the Hospitality or Property Management sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing software.
