Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent from reputable university.
• Min. 2 years of experience in related field.
• Has knowledge of ISO 9001 2015 is a must.
• Has knowledge of ISO 22000/ Personal Hygiene/HACCP would be plus.
• Has knowledge in internal audit in align with the ISO Standard, create SOP and Business process and performance management/KPI.
• Has experience work in consultant/services company would be plus.
• Proficient in English is a must.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills to meet the deadline.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities :

A. Internal Company

• Support the Quality Management System in line with the required service standards (ISO 9001), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures,
• Support the regulation, control, and improvement of the quality of all processes throughout the business and the final service.
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
• Performing the internal audit in periodically basis to ensure the process implementation and provide the improvement.
• Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found.
• Assist the Manager to develop and monitor KPI of all employee throughout the company.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional to determine the improvement and process changing

B. External (for Client)

• Provide the timeline project and scope project to Client and Manager.
• Deliver the QMS Service which are SOP Development, KPI Development, Internal Audit and Training to client timely and align with the approved proposal and agreement with the client.
• Work with the client to deliver the service by provide the technical guidance, identify key work to be performed, build cross-functional and collaborative project teams, initiate action, and achieve deadlines.
• Build the good communication with the client and update the project status in periodically basis.
