Requirements:

• Able to speak and write in English is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in law (essential).
• Indonesian Overseas Graduates are Most Preferred.
• Admitted attorney of at least five years standing.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.
• Analytical thinker with strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Quick learner who can comprehend the concerns of different departments and provide flexible legal advice.
• SaaS industry background is preferred.

Responsibility:

• Draft and negotiate master and supplemental agreements with counterparts in Indonesia Market based on sales & procurement requests.
• Monitor legal risk in the documentation and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in Indonesia market and give legal advice.
• Ensure those appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
• Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems and requirements on legal terms.
• Provide regulatory and compliance-related services. (Eg. Apply for a license under OJK.)
• Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings.
• Prepare pleadings, notices and make appearances in court.
