Job Qualification

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum 8 years' Sales & Marketing experience in Hospitality and Golf Related Industry
3. Advanced proficiency in both English and Indonesia languages is required for this role
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Strong analytical skill and creative mindset
6. Excellent interpersonal skill and sales/marketing related skill
7. Willing to be station in Bintan

Responsibilities:

1. Meet sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget and expenditures.
2. Plan develop, implement and evaluate advertising, promotions, campaigns and develop sales action plans.
3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections and implementing sales plans.
4. Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
5. Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
6. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors practices.
7. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
8. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
9. Timely submission of reports required by management.
10. Building the team—provide motivation and inspiration, coaching, training, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
11. To achieve high customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
12. To ensure processes are in place for smooth and seamless operations with good governance within corporate compliance.
13. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by your supervisors from time to time
