We are seeking a creative and strategic E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead and manage our company's online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting ads on online platforms, creating promotional schedules on online platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok and BliBli) and developing marketing ideas for Instagram content.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and communicate all activities related to digital campaign, promotional activities, customer service, and budget to achieve sales target.
• Analyze sales information to determine opportunities for growth, including the identification of new e-commerce partners
• Plan, execute and manage online advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook Ads, Topads, Tiktok Ads and any other ads.
• Create and manage a promotional campaign for online sales.
• Provide insights on customer shopping trends.
• Develop and execute marketing ideas for social media & marketplace platforms with digital strategic to increase brand awareness and drive conversion to sales
• Analyze and report on the consumer behavior data and the success of online marketing initiatives on weekly/monthly/campaigns.
• Evaluate the brand to a wider loyalty consumer base (community) / more channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement new strategies as appropriate.
• Define and measure KPIs for all aspects of the consumers experience.
• Work From Office, Monday - Saturday 9.30 AM - 19.30 PM

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on online sales.
• Strong understanding of online advertising, e-commerce frameworks, and marketing platforms and tools, including Tokopedia Ads, Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ads.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to create and manage a promotional schedule for online sales.
• Ability to develop and execute creative and effective marketing ideas for Instagram content.
• Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, and BliBli.
• Ability to use photoshop.
