Requirements:
- S1 all majors, Business Studies / Economics is preferred
- Proficient in credit policy and performance metrics. Minimum 3 years as Credit Policy Assistant Manager in a finance/banking company
- Experienced in the world of project management Have experience in managing loan products consumers (Credit Cards, KTA, Motorcycle Loans, Payday Loans, etc.)

Job Description:
- Develop credit function policies in accordance with the company's business plans and targets with the aim of ensuring the performance of the credit function throughout the company
- Develop policies and standard procedures operations regarding the acquisition process/credit function
- Develop monitoring and analysis tools current policy performance
- Monitor the implementation of policies and operational standards for the credit function, including all deviation processes
- Conduct benchmarking related to credit function policies at other finance companies along with an analysis of the differences with the policies related
- Evaluate policies and standard procedures ongoing operations on a regular basis
- Monitor the process of reviewing and determining product pricing periodically or at any time needed
- Coordinate audit findings in the credit function. Coordinate credit risk mitigation and aspects adherence to ongoing policies
- Coordinate product pricing (OTR Pricing)
- Coordinate credit rating/data washing
- Coordinate review of biometric validation
- Coordinate Telco Score, Location Verification, SIM Card Validity
